About our Harvest Season:
Our season begins in October, spending the first six weeks travelling through Southern Queensland and New South Wales, before commencing our Victorian run at the beginning of December. We run a fleet of new John Deere headers, ranging from X9's to 790's with a range of MacDon, MidWest and John Deere fronts.
We have been providing a professional and reliable contract harvesting service for over 35 years, with our experienced and driven team setting the bar high, taking a lot of pride in what we do. Each of our harvest teams are supported by a team leader to ensure high efficiencies and operating standards are maintained across all of our teams, and providing our staff with ongoing support and education as the newest technologies are introduced into our fleet.
Our team is built on great culture, with the business providing ample career opportunities for individuals looking to excel in the broadacre cropping industry.
Full-Time Opportunities Beyond Sowing:
Those seeking full-time roles can look forward to a year-round position, including:
Winter Maintenance (June – October):
During the off-season, we focus on pre-season maintenance of all machinery, including headers, fronts, tractors, air seeders, chaser bins, mother bins, and trucks. This is a valuable time for employees to enhance their mechanical knowledge and skill set.
Harvest Season (October - January):
Our operators work alongside some of Australia’s largest and most progressive farmers, and gain exposure to a diverse range of farming systems, conditions and practices, from the north right through to the south, all in one season.
Tillage Season (February - March):
Tasks include bed forming, deep ripping, and speed tilling.
