About the Harvest Season:

Northern Harvest (QLD & NSW):
Our season begins in southern Queensland and New South Wales, working alongside some of the country’s most progressive farmers. This run typically runs for 6–8 weeks.

Southern Harvest (Southwest VIC):
Following our northern run, the team moves into southwest Victoria to continue harvest operations through to the end of January, experiencing a diverse range of farming practices between the north and the south.

Full-Time Opportunities Beyond Harvest:

Those seeking full-time roles can look forward to a year-round position, including:

Tillage Season (February onwards):
Tasks include bed forming, deep ripping, and speed tilling.

Sowing Season (March/April):
Our seeders operate around the clock, making this one of the most rewarding and fast-paced times of the year.

Winter Maintenance (June – October):
During the off-season, we focus on pre-season maintenance of all machinery, including headers, fronts, tractors, chaser bins, mother bins, and trucks. This is a valuable time for employees to enhance their mechanical knowledge and skill set.
